Website for FHA, VA, and USDA Construction Loans

The One-Time Close Loan is a mortgage program that finances the construction, lot purchase, and permanent loan of a new home, all wrapped up in a single mortgage with a single closing. Bouncing Pixel developed the brand identity around this product by designing a mascot known for its wood construction skills, and carrying that theme throughout the site.

Buying a new home is a big deal, and deciding to have one built from scratch can make things more stressful. This animation, developed with a secondary cast of original characters, shows people how to navigate the construction loan process using FHA, VA, or USDA government-backed mortgages.
